Its main limitation is not whether a bottle exists; it is the gap between broad hearing-related marketing and the level of finished-product clinical evidence we could verify.

The proprietary blend also limits dose transparency, and the conflicting 90-day versus 60-day return language is something a buyer should resolve before ordering.
